Sunday, January 17, 2016 at 01:29PM USPS Postage rate increases went into effect today....January 17, 2016! For most of my needlework kits we ship USPS Priority and the shipping weight is between one and two pounds, so please do not be surprised to see shipping charges increasing from $1 to $3 per kit.
